ARISE Youth Initiative
Achieving Resilience, Independence, Success & Empowerment
ARISE is the Foundation's first program and the clearest expression of its mission — a six-part model of academics, health education, mentorship, career exposure, family engagement, and the arts, built for youth ages 10–19 in Marion County.
